*At this time, appointments are required for drop-ins in the infrared sauna/cold plunge room and recovery lounge. You can make an appointment online through the member portal, or by phone, text or email.
*When you book an appointment, the sauna and cold plunge room is reserved just for you. If you drop in without a reservation, the space may be shared with up to four people at a time. Please be mindful of others and respectful of the shared space.
*Compression therapy sessions are limited to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
*Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
*Memberships can be canceled anytime; however, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
*Membership rates are subject to change after 3 months. Members will be notified in advance of any pricing updates
