*When you book an appointment, the sauna and cold plunge room is reserved just for you. If you drop in without a reservation, the space may be shared with up to four people at a time. Please be mindful of others and respectful of the shared space.
*Compression therapy sessions are limited to 30 minutes when others are waiting.

*Memberships can be canceled anytime; however, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
