RECOVERY DAY PASS
This pass includes one hour in our private hydrotherapy suite and access to the Recovery Lounge. The suite is a single room with a hot, jetted hydrotherapy pool, cold plunge, and infrared sauna. You can move between hot and cold as desired and use the sauna to support relaxation and recovery.
The Recovery Lounge offers a quiet space to down-regulate, rest, and use recovery tools such as air compression boots, the Power Plate, and red light therapy. This pass is ideal for first-time visitors or athletes looking for a complete recovery session.
